Alongside housemade charcuterie, artisanal cheeses, fish conserva, and organic produce from our own Fresh Run Farm, Chef Michael Tusk offers a weekly changing menu of inventive riffs on bistro classics—all driven by the best of the season and our local purveyors’ daily picks.
We’re as passionate (read: obsessive) about wine as we are about food, focusing on small-scale, independent growers farming organically and making wines with minimal additives. Whether you’re seeking out a quirky cult bottle or a coveted vintage from the world’s most celebrated vignerons, our team will ensure you drink exceptionally well at any price point.
